Is the Cash Kit free?
Our Cash Kit is absolutely free, with no obligation to you. If you choose not to send us your merchandise, you will not be charged anything for the Cash Kit.
What will you not buy?
Stolen merchandise. Non-precious metals. Artifacts. Gold-plated items. Costume jewelry. Non-precious stones. Pearls.
What's the fastest way to get paid?
In your Cash Kit you can arrange to be paid by direct deposit to your checking account. If you choose to use it, you will receive your money within 24 hours of the evaluation of your merchandise. Certain fees apply. Merchandise totaling over $200 will have no fee.
What if I'm sending large items?
Simply call us and we will send you the appropriate size packaging for your merchandise.
Are my items insured if they're lost?
Yes. The contents of each Cash Kit are insured up to $100. If you would like extra insurance we can arrange for a separate carrier to meet your needs
How does the 24 hour payment guarantee work?
You will be mailed a check within 24 hours of your merchandise being evaluated. If you wish to receive payment faster you can arrange for a direct deposit to your checking account, in which case you'll have your money within 24 hours of the actual evaluation. This service can be found and is explained in the brochure included in your Cash Kit.
Can I confirm you recieved my Cash Kit?
You can track your Cash Kit online. If you'd like to call us, wait seven business days from the time you mailed your Cash Kit and contact our Customer Service at 1-877-492-8877.
What if I'm not satisfied with the payment
amount you've given me?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the payment amount, simply return the check to us within 10 days and we'll return your merchandise.
Can I ship my items without using your Cash Kit?
Absolutely! In fact, it will speed up the process and in turn get you your money faster. Feel free to call our Customer Service to arrange for your own shipping method.
How do I know if something is really made of gold?
Feel free to send us any items you think may be made of gold. Our trained staff will evaluate your merchandise and determine if they are actually made of gold.
